1. About My Shop

This website is run by an independent artist based in the United Kingdom. I sell prints, comics, and other art-related products, often using print-on-demand services.

2. Using This Website

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order

  • Keep your account login details secure

  • Not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation

I may update or change website content at any time.

3. Products

I do my best to show products clearly, but colours, sizes, and print results may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing methods. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

4. Orders

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an email confirmation

  • Your item will be printed and shipped by me or a print-on-demand partner

  • You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address

If the address provided is incorrect and the order is shipped, I cannot refund the order.

5. Payments

Payments are handled securely by trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Your card details are not stored on my servers.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the print-on-demand service used.
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Delays caused by postal services or customs are outside of my control.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been printed or shipped.
Once printing or shipping has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded unless damaged or missing.

Refunds for Damaged Items

I will refund or replace an item if it arrives damaged.

To process a damaged-item refund, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging (if possible)

  • Your order number

This evidence allows me to file a claim with the print-on-demand provider or postal service.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive:

  • Please contact me

  • I will check the tracking information (if applicable) and contact the shipping service to confirm whether the item is lost

If the shipping provider confirms the item is missing, I will offer either:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund

Please note that delays do not always mean an item is lost, and I may need to wait the carrier’s required timeframe before confirming a loss.

Refunds Not Offered For:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Items delayed due to postal or customs issues

  • Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in colour or print (normal for printed products)

8. Returns

Because items are made to order, I do not accept returns.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

If you wish to close your account, contact me and I will delete it according to my Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, comics, product designs, and content on this website belong to me.
Please do not copy, reproduce, or resell my work without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by incorrect information provided by you

  • Delays due to shipping carriers

  • Issues caused by circumstances beyond my control

To the extent allowed by law, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
