Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork and shop. I want you to be happy with your order, so this Refund Policy explains when refunds or replacements are available. All products are printed to order, so refunds are limited to the situations described below.

1. Cancellations
You may cancel an order only if printing or shipping has not yet started.
Once your order is being printed or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled unless it arrives damaged or is confirmed lost.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.

2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, I will offer either:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund
To process this, I need clear evidence of the damage.
Please provide:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging (if available)
-
Your order number
This evidence allows me to file a claim with the print-on-demand provider or postal service.
Once the damage is confirmed, I will arrange a refund or replacement.

3. Missing or Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Please contact me with your order number

I will check tracking (if available) and contact the shipping provider

Some carriers require a certain number of days before declaring a package lost
If the shipping provider confirms the order is lost, you may choose either:

A replacement
-
A full refund
Please note: delays due to customs or postal issues do not automatically mean an item is lost.

4. Refunds Not Offered For
I am unable to offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect address entered at checkout

Minor colour, size, or print variations (normal for printed products)

Delays caused by postal services or customs

Items already shipped unless they are damaged or missing

5. Returns
Because items are made to order, I do not accept returns.

6. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are sent to the original payment method used for the order.
Once approved, refunds may take several days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
